Actually bumelant is where Quaz does his fantastic comic Tanatos as for digital coloring... I wish I could get you a copy of photoshop... but since I can't you should try www.gimp.com I think thats the address at least... Download that program and mess around with it alittle bit and figure out the coloring. What I do for my other comics on coloring is use a light box so I can trace over the pencil in ink...then I scan it... Use the paint bucket on all the black lines to make them blackest possible (don't try this in the scan program it makes the coloring difficult) and then start filling it. You don't need to have great color at first...just the best you can do

I can give you a little trick that is making art little better... Scan your work to be a little bigger on computer (I'm using 600 dpi for this), and after finalizing colouring resize them (In my case: to 50%) again with selected function (in Paint Shop Pro 7) "smart resize". It make drawings looks more smoothly. Here's one example: With standard pixel resize: detalitum.republika.pl/example1.jpgWith "smart resize": detalitum.republika.pl/example2.jpgNotice that pixels and noise was minimalised.

It's all understood... Its not until the comic is up and running that you need to keep in good contact... or at least come online long enough to upload or get the curent pages script
